Default New member--Old collector

I've been collecting cards, mostly baseball, since the 1950's and decided it is time to fine tune and complete some of my sets. So I've been reaching out to other collectors with mixed results. I think this is the place I've been looking for; so many experienced people in one place. I feel like I've stumbled into a cardboard Mensa meeting.

Most major bb issues 30's thru 1980. Lots of regional bb. All major fb pre 1990. A few boxing sets. Some non-sports. No basketball or hockey.

Welcome friend. This is a baseball chatboard for folks who love collecting the old cards (with a few newer ones sometimes thrown in). A lot of us have studied various aspects of the hobby in great depth. It's a lot of fun seeing our members find out new stuff and report on it the way only a fanatical collector can. We tend to help each other out quite a bit too. Happy collecting and welcome aboard.

Hi Otis
Welcome to the forum. If you have any UK sets you are looking to complete just let me know.Otherwise I can offer help with key personality cards from many, many UK issues and some US etc but virtually nothing I have is graded. Always prefer to trade...
