Default Walter Johnson Valuation

Greetings All:

I was questioned about the value of my PSA 2 T206 Walter Johnson Hands at Chest with a Cycle 460 reverse (pictured). I got it "Ages" ago waaaaaaaaaaaaay before T206 Backs were as well-researched and as passionately-collected as they are now!

It does NOT seem that THIS card with THIS back changes hands very often.

Would any of you Grey Beards (who are much more knowledgeable than THIS Grey Beard) offer an opinion as to its value???? Feel free to chime in even if your beard is not yet grey, too!

Thank you in advance!

An SGC 1.5 sold for $4425 in 2013 (LOTG). IMO, this is actually a very nice example for its grade. I would value it in the $4500 - $5500 range.

That is a beautiful 2. Back damage is tough to see.

You are SMACK on!

Butt, I'm not looking to sell it, just looking to get an idea as to what it is or is not worth!

If you know how to spell Subjects, it becomes easier to see.

Frank, difficulty spelling the word "subjects" has dogged T206 collectors since the early days of collecting:

That card is amazing. This Johnson is high on my wishlist probably third overall. Only trailing the Cobb Green and Red.
