This very same Horner Wood sans NE corner was auctioned by Mastro in 2007. I was the underbidder. Always regretted not going harder and was pleased to get another shot at it. I don't think one can look up Mastro "prices realized" anywhere but I recall it went for a lot more in 2007. Thank you, Ben, for helping to make that so by letting the clock run out. I had a max bid placed that I really didn't want to fall back on.

It went to the right home. Although, I was sooooo close to hitting the next bid again. absolulutely stunning photo. congrats!
