Default Bobby Wallace signed ball

I've had this softball signed by Roderick (Bobby) J Wallace in my collection for years. I'm considering selling the ball. If I was going to ask for between $700 - $1000. I think this would be in line with the going prices. Would appreciate any comments if I am in the right range.

I understand. Not really angling. I'm just curious in interest and value. Again I have had this for years.

I am not an autograph guy so I can’t say what a good value would be. It appears to be a good bold autograph. Does the ball have any other markings?

If you search on Bobby Wallace autographed baseball , you will bring up some recent sales. On baseball the range is higher than what you are thinking. Take a look. Hope this helps

Yes, I think you should get it authenticated by both PSA and JSA.

And hopefully the pen in the background of the picture wasn't used to sign the ball......

Definitely send it in if you plan to sell. This is a medium that has been used for forgeries. I remember a distinct Gehrig / Ruth signed softball that was making the rounds for a while.
