Default Help w/ Florida State League Signed Ball

Picked this up at a thrift store for a $1 today. Can anyone help ID any of the signatures? Probably nobodies, but for that price why not? Thanks!

The one signature looked like Eddie Carter. Looking at baseball reference, there was an Eddie Carter that played for St. Petersburg in 1990, his only year in the FSL. Two of his teammates were Tim Redman and Mike Fiore. I think those are your players. Here's the entire roster:

Only a few big leaguers on that team, and no stars, but you're right, for a buck, why not. Fiore played for the USA team in the 1988 Olympics and was (I think) a fairly high draft pick, so that's something.

Looks like you nailed it, that was quick!!! Thanks for the help!

And it's a Cardinals affiliate so it fits into my Cardinals collection no matter how obscure the players are!
