I apparently ruffled somone's feathers when complaining about ebay fraud and was enrolled on about 30 internet distribution lists (mostly porn) by someone at: 66.8.193.120.

BCD - if you want I can send you the emails and you can get enrolled also

Thanks for any help you can give - I don't think these jokers realize yet quite how diligent I am.

Heya Scott-


Here's a site you can use to determine which ISP and perhaps a geographical location, you can even identify the user (with the ISP's help of course) by that IP address, however time and date of occurrence is important too. I use:
www.geektools.com whois

to get the following info:

Who the IP address belongs (the ISP)
the Netname
the ISP Coordinator and contact info
Domain Service Inverse Mapping info

I had to deal with this unconscionable bit** on eBay once named Gina. She kept playing little e-mail games, etc, because I had retracted a bid on a TRIMMED card she was selling in a dog-sh** PRO holder. She had no idea all along that, because of geektools.com, I knew who she was and who was sending her little e-mail BS games the whole time. That gal was such an idiot...

For any ISP, sending email to "abuse@[domain_name]" should work - not that SysAdmins are the most responsive lot, though...

In this particular case, RoadRunner has a handy abuse form at http://www.hawaii.rr.com/interact/form_abusemail.htm.

Here's hoping that you can nail this guy.

I received that info, as well as a phone number, from MW - I made the call to a very receptive person, and then sent the relevant log information which had been provided to me by one of the internet companies that wasn't too thrilled with little Roy Huff.

This sort of fulfills that urge for revenge, but something involving a Hawaiian jail full of Samoan criminals who miss their girl-friends would make me a bit happier.

I send people letters now that are from e-mail addresses NOT attached to any e-bay accounts! E-bay safe harbor already does not care about much of the fraud ,( just look at BRZ aka Highway Prick* )so not disclosing who you are allows you not to be banned either by e-bay or the person if such a time should come that they have a "Scrooge" awakening and post something legit for sale you actually want! They usually,upon telling them the truth,rant and tell you how they will report you to yourISP(Marc). But the ISP won't care about abuseive response to their abuse either.........and Scott, I am old school bro! I believe in choke and key locks first.......talk later. Just ask Rosen.He is 0-2,( Rosen's ex-employee some pencil necked punk named "Glen" 0-1 , Hager(triple knit slack(er)) 0-1 (no contest,he went down with one punch),Steve Applebaum 0-1,three others who deal or are in jail are combined 0-5 against me. I just love a good fight!(if necessary).Oh and Rosen was 0-2 with my mail fraud claims as well. I'll write one response to the defensive response to the attempt to explain the fraud.then it's all in the memory in case we see each other in public sometime.

I created the market on the Tangos and I owned each and everyone that is out there at the same time before I started to sift them into the market. I know more about them than anyone ever will and still have about 170 of them! Feel free to call Mastro's office and ask for Dan Knoll and have him explain how he sold me over 550 of them at once to me and 150 from no other than "our present hero, " Highway robbery Rick "! or ask Doug,everybody knows Doug and Doug helped me sell over 250 of them.
