Default Any chance of having a separate Football B/S/T section?

It seems like there's enough traffic to support one. What do you guys think? I purchased a few from the "everything else" B/S/T last night. That section is cluttered with literally... everything. Football seems a substantial enough sport to merit its own B/S/T. Of the first dozen or so listings on "everything else" right now, eight are football oriented.

Already went down that path a couple of years ago and it was decided not too. I’m sure you can find it in the old threads.

Yes, discussed as part of a discussion about how to make the football section on Net54 more prominent. What Leon decided to do was to change the name of the Everything Else BST section to explicitly include the word Football and we all agreed that collectors could post one or two BST items in the football forum each week.

Given that Net54 is primarily a baseball forum, this seemed like a good compromise to me.

I am open to helping, guys. It's a baseball card forum but if we can make it better for football guys, let's talk. IF there is enough action I am not opposed to a separate section. But when I have looked into it in the past it wasn't quite enough. There are 35 threads on a page. If the front page of a section is more than about 2 weeks old (for the bottom thread) then there probably isn't enough action, imo. For instance, the memorabilia forum is about 10-15 days for a thread on the front page to drop to the second page, usually.....take a look, think about it and let me know...thanks ya'll...

We could also make the regular football forum the BST FORUM too......but the regular place to talk about football is already separate. You guys already won that battle.
