Default Good idea?

Hey guys,

Not sure how many of you do much buying on eBay, but over the last year I’ve had too many sellers back out of a sale based on not getting the price they wanted at auction or simply declaring they are out of stock after I’ve paid for an item and they refund my money.
eBay has now made it very easy for sellers to do such things and not have any recourse via feedback. I’ve reached out to Ebay multiple times and they basically ignore me

So my thought is to create listings that call that seller out on their bad practices and tell people not to utilize their services.

Here’s example of the one I started utilizing the image of the lot that I bought :

I’d take suggestions on how to do this better or a simple rebuke to say that’s the wrong response, but I’m just tired of the bs and this seems somewhat fair

Too much work for very little return.

I've dealt with a few buyers/sellers on eBay who have been less than ethical. I've always handled it without allowing things to spill over into my listings, though. I'm not sure it makes sense to go the route you're proposing. Using the listing title to do anything other than highlight the item you're selling will cause a non-zero amount of prospective buyers to pass on the item. I know I'd skip anything with a title like the one you've pictured. It makes me think there would be drama involved if I engaged that seller.

Yeah thanks guys. Level head will prevail. It’s just been so many times over the past year, I’m letting my frustration get the better of me. Thank you for the wisdom.

Chances are it will do nothing to stop others from buying from them and might get you banned from eBay.

Just report the seller for non-performance, and move on.
