Default T207 Cubs subset completed

Finally finished my first complete T207 Cubs subset after 20 years of work on the set. Now to figure out a new display. Much thanks to a fellow board member.

bought T207 Chance at a local card show in 1995 because my wife liked the card. We thought we would stop at Tinker to Evers to Chance. Only issue was there was no Evers made in the T207 set. Then got hooked on E121 cards for the Yankees and Giants in the 1921 World Series. Getting close on E121 World Series set except for rarities and most of the Ruth cards. Gotta love cardboard.

Ward Miller was by far the toughest card followed closely by Saier. Neither card was cheap but both were well worth the price. Was just pure luck on both Saier and Miller (both anonymous backs). There is a Ward Miller Red Cycle coming up for auction in March so will see how expensive that one will be.

Nive job! I am only Ward Miller away from completing my subset and there has only been one come to market in the last few years that Was priced right for me. I'm staying patient. Thansk for sharing the image.

Default Nice set

Congrats Ken on your accomplishment. I don't collect pre-war but that is an awesome display that you must be very proud to have finished. Question, will you re-matt the entire set so as to display them all in one piece??? Would love to see that if you do.. Happy collecting, Jim

planning on having them framed in one piece. thinking about getting one more graded card to show an example of a T207 back in the display. For right now just admiring them card by card.
