Default Help needed to identify photo

This photo was taken at the 1962 All Star Game in Washington. Can anyone identify the man in the middle? Thanks for your help.

The guy in the photo has a gap between his two front teeth--not so for Giles. Speaking of teeth and FWIW, the photos I have seen of Giles smiling prominently display his lower chompers--the smile in the photo looks nothing like any of those.

I think #1 is Warren Giles at the 1962 All Star game in Washington D.C. if so then Giles is not in the opening photo.

Only if he is wearing a wig. Most likely a Secret Service member. Or Ernest Borgnine from the future?
