Default Vintage rookie cards?

Posted By: Brad Freeman

It seems that there was a reference source that listed players alphabetically and also chronologically listed their cards so that we collectors would have some idea regarding which card might be the earliest one issued.

Does anyone have a link to that site? Thank you very much!

I clicked on Cap Anson and the list had the Allen Ginter n28 as 1888. I thought the N28 was 1887?

I buy high and sell low...so therefore I classify myself as "a collector."

I thought through some of Hal's research it was determined that those cards actually had to have been issued in 1888.
