Default e103 Player difficulty

Posted By: Brian McQueen

Was curious what the experienced collectors of this set thought of the difficulty of acquiring some of the individual cards in this set or, in other words, which players are tougher to find than others? Are there any cards in this set that have the reputation as being thoroughly troublesome such as the e102 Miller fielding or the e90-3 Hahn? Or is the player difficulty more evenly spread throughout the set similar to the e90-2s?

I realize a lot of collector's might like to keep this information private to not spike the market values on certain cards. That's certainly understandable although I'd love to hear your thoughts via private Email if at all possible.

Thanks all,
Brian

I found no E103 any tougher than any other. All of them are tough, period. I put together the set between 1997 & 1999 and paid less than $100 each for most of the cards, and only Cobb & Wagner were more than $500. Times have changed.

1) The Doyle cards are harder to find in the E-102 set then the Miller fielding~ especially the throwing pose.

2) though E-103s are all tough there are some that are easier than others. There are more Lajoie's around then any other and Lord,Davis,Leach,Jones,Jordan and Dooin surface more often than any others.

Barry -I apologize for sending you the Wagner back in 98*

I HAD paid you $1380 for it!
