Default Frank Grant?

Posted By: Jamie

My knowledge of the international league and early negro leaguers is spotty at best, so maybe someone more knowledgeable could tell me where Frank Grant is in this picture.

At the risk of sounding stupid, none of the players look black to me.

Grant is indeed the player in the front row, second from the right.

This photo doesn't seem right to me, though. Looks like fake aging.

I bid on it, but I bid lower than I would have had the seller been a bit more cooperative with me. I asked her if she would refund my money if it turned out it was not vintage and despite the wording in the auction of "guarantee" she told me personally that she would not refund my money if it was found to be not from the 19th century. The photos were horrible so who knows. If it is real $2500+ is a good deal, if its not than that is a big hit to take.

The photo was real, no doubt about it. I was the third high bidder, but under someone else's name. Not a great condition cabinet, but unquestionably from the period.
