Default Original Cracker Jack Boxes...Do They Exist?

The posts about cigarette packs possibly containing T206 cards got me to thinking...is there a known example of a Cracker Jack box from 1914 or 1915 that would contain a card? I'm sure the card itself would be trashed with the breakdown of the Cracker Jacks over the years, but I have yet to see an original unopened box from that era.
