Fun discussion. There are a few collectors on here that have made a lot of progress on this set in recent years that might chime in with their thoughts. I can't help with the tech stuff, maybe others can help with the photos. I upload scans that I put on my laptop with the paperclip icon.

and how bout that; especially if I owned a horizontal crease example. I get that a dude goes to work that day; is given a stack of cards and "Juicy Fruit" (lol) packages; is told to put them in; "vertical" crease is the only option; (I've got the Wagner batting and am OK w/the history). But, ... that other wrapper, ... Ted's beautiful example fits in that one.
This was back before union shops, lol; pressure to meet rate. What a brutal decision to fold them. Supervisor unaware of the practice or doesn't care?
