Default PSA Piggybacking

Does anyone on here do it? I never grade cards, so I'm not a member of PSA or any other grading community. However, I have a handful of cards to grade, so I'm curious if anyone on here has had a good/bad experience with it. Or if anyone would be open to letting me jump on their order. I belong to other trading forums, but I definitely trust this one the most. Thanks in advance!

I've always had a good experience with PSA. You'll hear a lot of people here who dislike them greatly though. Personally, I don't think there is a better grading company out there.

Based on the information coming out of the "new member/ banned from psa" thread, it sounds like you might wanna piggyback with pristine paper or 4 Sharp Corners.

You don't need to be a member to submit to PSA, just download a non-member submission form.

I think his plan is jump on a bulk deal. Plus the possibility of preferential grades on a bulk submission might be the way to go.

The one dealer near me, had been pooling together submissions from all of his customers and submitting them all together a few times a year, hoping to get preferential treatement. It's kinda hard to get the benefit of the doubt from psa when your customers are giving you every crap card under the sun to submit. The psa 2(or 3, I can't remember which it was) 1990 Topps Frank Thomas was definitely the jewel of those submissions He doesn't submit anymore.

I've got 150 Topps vending boxes that I'd like Joe O. to sort through and spot PSA 10's... can I piggy back that with you Bobby?

Never thought of getting preferential treatment due to large submissions. I don't have many to grade, just putting out feelers. I can see how junk submissions can really drag down a submission.

PM coming your way! Thanks for the offer.

I don't mind helping out with 10 cards or less....if you have a whole slew of cards to sub (20 or more), than I would prefer you send them yourself. I am old school - I still fill out submission forms by hand, and it takes a longgggg time to fill out a form for 150+ cards, especially when I am doing it to 'help someone out' and receive no monetary gain from it. My time is valuable as well - don't abuse it.

I was part of a PSA piggyback that Bobby did before and he was great to work with.
Best,

Andy
