Negro leagues base
My father was in an antiques store in Kansas when he meet a guy who said he had a bunch of sports stuff for sale. He ended up buying this base from him. The guy claims to have gotten it from O'Neil himself and that it was used in the old negro leagues. The auto looks good to me, and I think the base is fantastic (though I've yet to see it in person).
Here's a photo. Does anyone here have any knowledge about bases like this? Any info or comments are appreciated.
