Default Tips On Pencil Markings

I’m eying some nice looking raw T206s on ebay, however they all have small pencil markings on the back. Not sure how old the markings are, but they look rather new.

Anyone have any luck removing pencil markings? Is it just as simple as using a standard pencil eraser?

I'd just leave them. Most aren't light enough to remove completely and often leave indents in the paper.

If they're very light some people have had luck with special erasers. The ordinary ones on a pencil will scuff the paper too much.

This very thing was recently discussed in a topic I started:

In the future you may want to try the forum search option. It's a really great tool.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
