Default "In memory of" autographs

Can someone explain the PSA "in memory of" autographs? I stumbled on some on Ebay.
Thanks!

A company called Historic Autographs bought a bunch of cuts, framed them, slabbed them with PSA/DNA, and then sold them in boxes under the name "In Memory Of..."

I think you get two per box for a price of 100+; a glorified grab-bag and huge rip-off IMO.

yeah i have seen a few and for the most part they suck. you get players that you never heard of and players you could have bought $5 or $10 on any web site but there are a few high end players but good luck pulling them.
