Default W515-1 Ruth

I have a W515-1 Ruth #47. The card is labeled as a W515-2 by PSA and graded Authentic. Based on them thinking it was a 515-2, it is way small.
What does the sizing need to be to get a numeric grade? The borders look symmetrical and look like what they should be. The card looks like it would grade a 7 if given a numeric grade. Any input is appreciated. Thank you

I can upload an image tomorrow.

In my experience graders look at the amount of borders left on strip cards as to whether they get a number or not. I have no issue as long as they correctly label the ones that are hand cut and leave the others alone . At this point I don't think any TPG gets it quite correctly, ie...W503, W575-1 and I think a few others aren't hand cut ..
.But it's the size of the borders in my experience, to answer the question.

So many questions can be answered based on PSA's own website. For this issue, the size is 1-3/8” by 2-1/4”. It does look like all are marked Hand Cut for this issue. Looks like about 40% of the cards submitted from this set received number grades.

Leon, long time. Anyway, the labeling of cards as "hand cut" when they are not hand cut drives me mad. W502 & W554 are a couple more. How can they not tell the difference? I suppose they just lump all W cards as strip cards.

Would you trade/sell this card? I had one graded authentic and sold it about a decade ago. Now on the hunt to get one again. Thank you.

Welcome to the board; these types of messages are usually made by private message, or by posting a Want to Buy add in the Buy/Sell/Trade section.
