Default TED WILLIAMS & JOE DiMaggio signed PHOTO are signatures the real deal ???

Local estate find , there were lots of Baseball related items
family just wanted stuff gone , some good stuff
among the many items was this signed framed photo
signed in Blue Pen
by
TED WILLIAMS & JOE DiMaggio signed PHOTO
my question is are signatures the real deal ??? or Fakes

there is some mickey mouse COA on back with all kinds of disclaimers
which makes them look suspect ?
JSA wants $150 paid up front to authenticate , personally I do not want to take that risk , I am a Ticket and Baseball Card guy , signatures I am always Leary of , unless I know the source or they are least Certified by JSA / or one those recognized in the industry
I would like to sell it as is but if the general consensus from NET 54 members
their fake signatures , if so would it have any worth as a wall hanger ?
thanks for your Honest, Good, Bad or Ugly input

That COA is one of dozens of "Florida" COAs.

The COA Signed Certified Memories (SCM) is from Mr. Florida himself.

Those crappie forgeries were machine-produced.

It's a nice frame, just toss the photo and go out on Ebay or RMY and get a vintage photo of those 2 together.

Default Florida COAs

Just off the top of my head, here is a quick list of Florida COAs:

Nicholas Burczyk, Signed Certified Memories, Autographed Legends, Showtime Memorabilia, Platinum Collectibles, All Sports Authentics, Heroes Of The Game, Home Plate Memorabilia, Sliding Home, Box Score Collectibles, The Clean Up Hitter, My Favorite Players II, Myst-O-Graph, YMC Sports, etc.

In my opinion, no one has authenticated more "Florida" forgeries than Stephen Rocchi/John Goraczyk and Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators (GFA).

Or use a dry erase marker to remove the sigs, and you've got a ready-framed decently attractive repro photo (a step up from the ready-framed ugly repro signatures you have now)

Polite corrections for unidentified and misidentified photos appreciated. Rude corrections also appreciated, but less so.
