Default SGC Holder Question - E95 Chance

I won a E95 Philadelphia Caramel Frank Chance in a recent group break and it arrived today. I have a question regarding the SGC holder, if you can believe it.

As you can see in the picture, the case has a crack in the lower left hand corner. This crack is actually on the inside surface of the case and does not extend to the surface. However, my question relates to small areas of haziness on the edges of the case. I've heard that can be a sign that the case was opened up and resealed, though I thought that, in those cases, the haziness was extended around the entire edge. Can anyone enlighten me?

FYI: The hair is not inside the case, but on the exterior surface. Anyone who has owned a Great Pyrenees can attest that their hair gets every-freaking-where.

Default It's fine.....

You are fine, I'd drop in in the mail in a simple padded envelope to SGC for a "reholder", it might cost you a little but the return postage might be more!

Great card that has NOT been compromised.

Peace, Mike

PS Is it for sale? Norman??? I've been there twice! FT Sill Oklahoma next door right?

In short, it doesn't really fit my collection and since I've only had it an hour there isn't any emotional connection yet. I'd have to do some research, but I'd be open to sale or trade. Be aware, the poor grade is well earned.

Fort Sill is about a 90 minute drive away. I've spent a fair amount of time cycling in the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge and actually went horseback riding on the base when there used to be a fox hunting club down there. Beautiful country.

Default apologies....

This is not a buy sell board but thats my fault for saying that..... "is it for sale"

It was my way of telling you the card is not compromised. If you decide to move it just PM me please. I think its a valid post in the right section.

My fault for asking about you selling it, sorry.

Peace, Mike

PS The card has been well loved for sure but still has very nice eye appeal!
