Help with 1967 and 1968 Attuck Brooks State Champions Awards (Dave Winfield)

I am looking for some assistance in valuing these two items. A close friend of mine brought them to me today. They belonged to his wife’s uncle John Perkins. Her uncle was one of the coaches for the 1967 and 1968 Attuck Brooks American Legion State Champions from Minnesota. Dave Winfield and his brother were both members of those teams. He was 16 in the first photo. Each member of the team was awarded with these. The 5X7 photos are in mint condition and the folders themselves are in excellent to mint condition. However the 1968 folder does have a minor indention on the front. His wife is looking to sell these and asked me to assist her. I have no expertise when it comes to assessing value to such items. I told him that an auction house like RMY might be her best option. Nonetheless, I would like to get some feedback from a few of the photo guys here regarding their potential value.
