Default B18 catalog error?

I received a reader inquiry that I can't help with . . .

>#70 ... Howard Shanks

>In the catalog it lists 3 different variations. 'A' has Brown Pennants,
>'B' has Green Pennants & 'C' lists White Infield, this is where the
>confusion comes in. I have the A & B and both have a White INF. How
>does 'C' differ from these?????

Is the "C" version an error in the catalog?

Thanks for any enlightenment you can provide.

Bob

Default B18 catalog error?

I believe it's a catalog error. I have a complete set of B18 blankets ( Minus the red infield variations) accumulated over 20 years, and am unaware of a third Shanks variation. As you mentioned, both green and brown pennants have white infield.

Default Possible additional correction

Hi Bob,

I also have never seen or have never been able to confirm the existance of a Red Pennant Steve O'Neill B18. Yellow and Purple pennants only.

Thanks,

Patrick
