Default Fake?

I was looking at this card was just curious if it's fake? The print looks different to me. Just want some expert opinion please.

Top right hand corner is the only cause for concern as far as it being trimmed but I'm by no means an expert on trimmed cards. Other than that it looks genuine to me as well.

Default Good Card

This card looks just fine, a few paper snakes and creases and it fits just fine into a lower end collection ( like mine ). The real question is ....who is that Leon who tagged the back in pencil ??!??
