Default Ticket Stub Collectors Question

I have saved most ticket stubs throughout my life from sporting events...concerts...even broadway/off broadway shows.

These days most of the events I attend I have an 8 1/2" x 11" printout of a ticket.

Do you guys save these?????

I still do as evidence I was there...but they're quite lame!!!!

Default Its a shame

I had to beg the Tigers for my season tickets to be printed. Just easier to sell and deal with.

For those with collectiosn of tickets.. I collect Alan Trammell Hr stubs down to needing 15. Needles in haystacks at this point

You're talking about print-at-home tickets?

They don't have any real value as collectibles because as long as you have the PDF file, you can keep printing them out after the fact. So in that sense, they're worthless.

I've given up on saving stubs after years of enjoying them. The electronic/paper sheet tickets killed my interest. For a while I was saving screenshots of the 'ticket' from the MLB app or the .pdf files. Then I decided that was stupid. I had the idea that I could take a pic of the scoreboard at every game I was at as a 'memento' but I forgot a few times and there went that idea. LOL It wasn't much fun anyway.

I have been a Houston Texans season ticket holder since Day One. They still print traditional tickets unless you request the electronic version. I had 10 or 12 seasons worth but I finally gave them away when I stopped saving baseball and concert tickets. I kept the commemorative plastic first game tix and the (rare LOL) playoff tickets.

I collect ticket stubs from every game Michael Jordan played in. If you have any of those and want to sell, let me know!
