78 goldenstate warriors?

i belive this ball is from 71-72 but the signatures are from the 78 goldenstate warriors including rick barry i belive that was last year with goldenstate. would like some info on this my buddy wants to sell it... he aquired this ball back in 78 when he was in highschool they were giving it away to the winner of a contest and my buddy won it. he has had it in a box this whole time. ball looks brand new in such good condition. i belive its 77-78 team because Ray Epps was Drafted by the Golden State Warriors in the 5th round (104th pick) of the 1977 NBA Draft, and Rick Barry left before the 78-79 year.Here is list of names on ball.

Looks like Golden State players from mainly 1977-78, but Ray Epps was on the 1978-79 roster, NOT the 1977-78 roster as he played his first game on October 14, 1978. So the players might be a combination of those 2 separate seasons. You'd have to look up each player from the ball. Use www.basketball-reference.com or similar such web site.

so when do you think ball was from? ty for your reply... Epps was practicing for most of a year before he played a game and rick barry left before then so does this mean it was signed at a practice when epps was practicing with barry?

i have two warriors balls one with World B Free on it. Best part is I got them both for free.
