Ernie Staudenmayer ???

On and off over the past couple of years, I've been trying to get info (Google) on the status of Ernie Staudenmayer. I've purchased autographs from his website in the past, but over the last couple of years, the website (and autographs listed) appears to have remained unchanged, and my emails have not been replied to. I've feared the worse.

Does anyone know if he is still alive, and whether he is still actively selling autographs from his collection? I know that it was a brother-in-law or friend who was doing all of the maintenance work with Ernie's website. I suppose that lost of his the maintenance services could have rendered Ernie's site inactive. Any info would be appreciated.

Ernie is living at a retirement home (Chestnut Grove) in Richmond. I have been by to see him and he is doing fair.

Thanks George, for the update.

I try to give Ernie a call sometime within the next week or so. And while I'm thinking about Ernie, it might be a good time to add the address of the retirement home to my Christmas card address list, so as not to forget him during the holidays.
