Default Neat Little Find For Christmas

Well I know its not Pre War but we were doing a job for a demo on a property. Was going thru the garage and really all there was was a few boxes of papers and odds and ends. In one of the boxes of papers was this envelope, saw a little red thru the paper and thought I would open it up. Well to my amazement there was a pack of cards. A little dirty but a pack, looked to be already opened so I took the cards out and this is what I found. Not a great find story but hey a find none the less! So you never know! Look thru everything. By the way the Mays is nrmt like the rest of the cards! Thought I would share. Happy Holidays!

David,
No gum in the pack! Like I said it was already opened! But maybe the cards were still there because someone wanted the gum!

What great fun! I had a similar experience. A contractor client of mine was doing a job and found then gave me a stack of old movie contracts including ones signed by Ingrid Bergman and Anthony Perkins.

Very, very cool!!
It's funny how they are all miscut top to bottom, but the question that needs to be answered is this. Which version of the Johnson card is it? With or without the trade statement?

It was with the trade statement. The Billy Herman was the "sacrifical Lamb" so to speak as he has the wax stain on the front. You can just see it on top. The Mays was in the middle and looks to be in great shape. And yes they were all mis cut top to bottom.
