Hello,

I have cut my T202's down to 5, still need:

Devlin Gets His Man Matty/Devlin (Giants)
Elberfeld Gets His Man Elberfeld/ Milan
Just Before the Battle Fletcher/Matty
" " " " Meyers/Wiltse
Tom Jones at Bat Gasper/McLean
Too Late for Devlin Matty/Devlin (rustlers)

I am also looking for OJ Pete Wood variations. Also any OJ's in caatchers gear in Low grade condition as long as the photo is good.

I currently have 9 T202's, Diamond Stars mostly HOFers and various other cards for trade if you have any needs or wants for trade or sale.

Thanks

Lee

I ko'd a set I've been working on for years (1925-29 Exhibit PC back boxing). I feel so fulfilled... Also picked up a 1921 Groh w/the famous bottle bat.

Anyone got a reasonable Wagner portrait card out there (M116, E, etc.)?

Anyone got a Joe Wood exhibit?

Any PCL exhibits perhaps, esp. Reese and Averill?

Any Hollywood-related exhibits of athletes?

Anyone want Exhibit boxing cards--I've got a bunch of doubles to sell/trade...

I have a Lowdermilk T207 for sale if anyone is interested. Although it is slabbed a SGC 40 VG, it presents very well with great centering and registration. No creases either just rounding of the corners. The price is $1,600.00. Email me at AKABarneyFife@aol.com if interested.

I was loking at Adam's great book on boxing cards this weekend ( a very nice job and a great resource). I've decided to start my first boxing set, the Mayo N310s. If anyone has any available, please let me know. Keith

I haven't checked in in a few months, which is okay, since I haven't added much inventory! BUT...I am in the process of moving my inventory to my new eBay store, which means two things: I'm lowering some prices (I'm feeling generous--honest) and I'm listing some stuff that never found its way onto my webpages before.

Here's my store:

http://stores.ebay.com/psa1-Vintage-Baseball-Cards

Whole bunch of low-grade 19th century stuff...adding a few new items almost every day.

Mention N54, and shipping's on me.

the other 1/2 is at GAI and will be on when they get back. Low starting bids, nice cards. Not SGC 80s but better than the usual collector grade, most without any creasing at all.

Hi all,
Just put a scarce 1896 Keith's New England League Official Guide edited by Jacob Morse on Ebay. Good condition and loaded with research info. Done using it for research myself and I have decided to part with it. There is a reserve to cover the cost of what I originally paid for it. The link is below.

Thanks, Adam

Forget the case when you are trading etc. with someone you know well.

Say you've just met someone, and one of you suggests a trade after a little conversation, or a trade and cash for something. A deal is struck.

Who sends first, the person who did the suggesting? Or the person with the cash? Or does it matter? This is someone you don't know well, and haven't done business (etc.) with
before. I don't mean you have any reason to distrust him--i just mean, is there an etiquette about such things?

Obviously--I think--if you advertise something for sale or bidding, the other guy pays before you send the goods. And, like I said, if you know eachother well, it doesn't really make any difference. And also, on agreed ocasions, even when you're straight out buying, the two of you may have struck a deal in which he sends you the item on spec, and then you pay. But I'm talking about run-of-the-mill deals with people you didn't know before. Is there a way to do things and a way not to?

I am looking to narrow my collection down to tabacco only and have many nice cards from the 30's to the 60's UNGRADED including 1939 Williams and Joe D. along with near complete 68 and 69 sets with most stars out of the pack condition. I'm only interested in trading and prefer non-graded cards or at least non-graded pricing.

I have and will continue to list on eBay a number of rarities from decidedly deverse genres. A number of the items are literally unique (which doesn't inherently mean expensive). I typically post about 3-5 items a day (but don't hold me to that). Thanks
