Default N172s from ebayer tcfolks

Just a heads up to fellow ebayers - in describing to me the N172s that this seller has listed, she said they looked like they had been cut out of a piece of paper and some of them were coming off the back paper. She was also very clear that under no circumstance would she allow a return.

The scans look like the cards are good. I would suggest that you ask more questions if you are concerned.

I was under the impression that ebay sellers were required to stand behind the authenticity of their items:

"Sellers may not disclaim knowledge of, or responsibility for, the authenticity or legality of the items offered in their listings.Sellers should take steps to ensure that their items are authentic before listing them on eBay. If a seller cannot verify the authenticity of an item, the seller is not permitted to list it".

Jay - I don't think they are repros - I think there is a high likelihood that some have been rebacked.

I looked at all of her listings last night and they all look good to me.

If sellers are not allowed to disclaim authenticity, then how come on every baseball card listing ebay gives the seller the choice of listing the card as "original", "reprint", or "unknown"?
