Default AMERICAN LITHOGRAPHIC Co....an interesting history of this major T-card Printer

_____________ The "House" that created numerous Tobacco cards _____________

Ken Spooner treats us to a well-presented overall history regarding this famous Lithographic Co
American Lithographic (ALC).

ALC (and affiliates) produced millions of Tobacco cards (T206's, T205's, etc.) from 1909 - 1919.

Joseph Palmer Knapp (ALC) and James Buchanan Duke (American Tobacco Co.) became close
friends and Business partners at the start of the 20th Century......and the rest is history.

I think you will find this quite interesting...... http://spoonercentral.com/2005/ALCO.html
