In comparing them to my cards, I can say that my "strong guess" is that YES they have been trimmed.

..after reviewing the seller's track record, in my estimation, there's reason to believe that he is unaware that these cards are part of the "T206 Mini test set"!!! This lot is not typical of his usual offered items and as such, appears to have been an honest mistake.

Yeah, they do appear to have very severely cut back. However, like Mr. Koos, judging form this guy's Feedback, he doesn't look like he has a track record of selling garbage (like some others who do have a LOT of fraud complaints in their Feedback). He may just not be aware of it. You might want to send him a friendly little message and suggest that his cards were "probably altered at some point before he came into possession of them".
