I’m interested in knowing this too. I’m trying to get a signed ball of the members of the Twins HOF. I have a ways to go but it will be great to get another.

There is an address on SCN:
7741 SW 32nd St Miami FL 33155 But there hasn’t been a success from him since December 2016, and since then there have been half a dozen failures. It looks like he was a good signer before then; not sure what happened.

Taylor,
You may want to contact Clyde with the Twins for a current status. He might be having health issues. That is generally the case when someone abruptly stops signing after others were successful.
