The scan of the front just doesn't seem right to me. The coloring looks off.

The scan of the back with the "ghosting" effect from being set atop another sheet makes me think real.

I am far from an expert on Goudey's do you have this card in hand. If so look closely under a loupe. Does the front seem to be made up of many small dots?

Its not one of the reprints.... the reprints have a spot on the left side of the banner that was clipped when they cropped the photo.

It looks good to me.

reprint that is most common, left side of banner has a small spot clipped, also the words "SPORT KINGS GUM" and "BABE RUTH" should be same color as the border.

It looks real to me as well, but I am also aware that this particular Babe Ruth card is one of the most "faked" cards there is.....hopefully you will protect yourself properly just in case.

The top of green seems to have the same slightly off register yellow showing, also the right end of the black strip extends ever so slightly into the border.

edited to add back scan...

Everyone's first instinct will probably be to say it's not real because it's REALLY nice. I think it looks real, especially that back. I've not seen any fakes where some a-hole went though all of the hassle to make the back look that good. As was mentioned earlier, have a good back up plan.
