Old Greenberg reprint?

Have not seen anything like this before. Just curious if any of you have..

Default fantasy piece

I believe it is sort of like the many Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig "cards" we see on ebay, resembling M101-4/5's. I think this is a fantasy piece (very) loosely based on E120/W573....

It looks like one of the cards from Ball Street Journal...a publication from when everyone was into baseball cards...Oviously roughed up intentionally.

I say a reprint...I would imagine from the 80's or early-90's. I've seen cards similar to this before and they all had a slightly glossy front (which this one appears to have)
