Default REA auction archives

Has anyone tried searching through REA archived auctions lately? If so, have you been unable to type a search in the search bar. I hadn't checked their archives in a while, but the last few times I've tried to do a search I've been having this problem.

Mike,

I've experienced the problem you describe when using Internet Explorer as my Web browser. I switch to Firefox when looking at REA's site, and the search function works just fine.

Not an ideal answer, but at least it provides a workaround.

Works fine in Chrome as well, if that helps.

Thanks Rob and Slanty,

I do use Internet Explorer so that may be the problem. The thing is, I've always used IE and have been able to view their archives in the past. I will try using firefox and see if that works.

Default It does work using Internet Explorer

It does work using Internet Explorer.

First, click on the search magnifying glass. Even though you can't type in the search bar, you can still click on the magnifying glass. This will bring you to the auction archive, and it will have another search box you can use in the middle of the page. Haven't had a problem with it so far.

Hope this helps, and I hope I made my instructions clear enough as well.

Thanks,
Tony
