Default 1871 Osceola Base Ball Club with O'Rourke

Exceedingly RARE , very large 12 x 14 albumen photo on card mount of 15 x 17 "Osceola Base Ball Club of Stratord- Champions of Connecticut 1871" Each player is identified by name including future Hofer James "Orator"O'Rourke. The following yr he would become a part of the baseball's first professional league, the National Assoc., with the Middletown Mansfields.Stratford pitcher Frank Buttery in the photo would also go to star with the Mansfield's. The cabinet has some toning, but nothing else even worth mentioning. Super condition. This is a true investment relic and should be a corner piece to someone's collection. ex condition or better. $13,750 Serious inquires only. Also with great provinonce..
