I have dumped a pile of cards on the floor...and I ask you...which one would you take? None of these cards are 4 sale...so please don't ask.

e90-2 wagner - which I think I see hiding near the top. Otherwise, the e121 ruth.

Probably the green Cobb. But it wouldn't hurt my feelings if someone gave me the E95 Cobb either.

Boy, those are all great cards. I see a lot that I'd like.

I'd take a good, up-close look at the Gehrig, since it's my favorite card that I don't own. If the surface and corners were okay, I'd take that one.

If not, I'd probably take the E96 Cobb.

Great stuff!

first choice would be the green background Cobb (the only one of the four I'm missing, although this one is nicer than the other three, or the other 170 I own)

If given a second choice, it would be the Red Hindu, and I wouldn't care who is on the front. I consider that the only back type I don't have (Cobb back doesn't count).

Thanks.

Ed

If your exquisite hardwood floors are made of game used hall of famer bats I will take that. Or the Babe Ruth.

I will swing by tonight.

Thanks!

pick one up, consider devouring it, slowly discard it for another at the other end of the pile....mmmmm

I'd end up with the E90-2 wagner hiding, but struggle to not have some buyers remorse over leaving the delong Gehrig.

Brilliant cards.

I could close my eyes and pick a winner...nice collection, Pete!
If it came down to one that I would like for my very own, it would be the SGC Gehrig

Pete, out of curiosity, what is the green-bordered card towards the upper left of the group?

Also, the prookie Gossage is so far out of line with the others in the group - how does that fit into your collecting? just wondering if he's one of your faves...

thanks jason...I think the card you're referring to is a youths companion babe ruth stamp which was attached to green paper...it features ruth in a red sox uni in a pitching pose. I'm a huge yankees fan and the teams of the late 70's were my childhood heroes. I collect cards of these players.

I would have to take the Goudey Ruth since I will probably never be able to purchase it to fill my '33 Goudeys. The Gehrig is a close second.

What's the card to the top right side of the green cobb, tall and skinny kind of like a Willards chocolates shape - only full pose?

Thanks
