Default My lifetime collection for sale

After 55 years, it’s time to part with my collection. From cards I freed from wax-packs in the 50’s to cards and sets I’ve bought, traded for and upgraded during the years – it all needs a new home.

Before I begin grouping items for submission to auction houses, I would like to see if there is anyone that would be interested in purchasing my entire collection.

My collection is heavily weighted to the 1950’s and 1960’s. This includes baseball, football and non-sports cards, sets, singles and commons from the mid-1940’s to 1970.

My collection also includes pre-war cards including a complete set of 1911 T-212 Obaks, T, E, D and N stars and commons.

I have a complete listing of my collection available for anyone who is seriously interested and has the wherewithal to make a large purchase. To provide a sense of value, I was offered a low six-digit amount from a full-time dealer several years back.

If you are interested, please email me at 1960@cox.net and I will email my inventory list. My desire is to complete this process and sale within the next 3 months. My collection will be made available for viewing in Orange County, California.

Any questions can also be directed to the above email address. Thank you.

I've had several inquiries regarding arrangements for viewing my collection. So I thought it best to outline the information here as well.

My collection is housed in several climate-controlled storage units and bank safe deposit boxes. The collection will be taken to a local hotel for viewing in one of their business-meeting rooms for scheduled appointments.

This will be more comfortable and easier than running around town from site to site.
