Default CSG Submission

Well I made the decision to do a submission with CSG at the Philly Show yesterday and again today. Any submissions made at the show get a two week turnaround. Since I am thinking of possibly setting up at the show in either September or December, I did not want to wait for PSA.
Very interested in 2 - W512 Babe Ruth cards. They would grade Authentic at best but submitted for authenticity. Also, submitted a 1948 Swell Jackie Robinson and a few others yesterday. Today I submitted 50 cards mostly from the 1950's-60's. Hoping for some nice grades!

I think SGC would have been the better choice since you are 7 to 9 months from the show.

FYI, your title says "CSG" and the body of your message says "SCG." Do you mean CSG, SCG(?), or SGC?

Default IMO CSG is on the up and coming

I think they do a great job and have been in the grading business longer then PSA just not in cards. They will be around and in do time there will be PSA SGC and CSG as the 3 main grading company's IMO....I have had a great deal of success with them and am now a premium member. I would highly recommend trying them out. FYI, I deal in vintage material only Pre 1940's.

Good luck! I really like their slabs. I have a few of them and think they do a good job with grading.

Default Csg submissions

Andy Broome is a great guy and spent about an hour speaking with him about the grading market and a few specific cards of mine that he looked at. These guys really have their act together and know what they are doing. #1 graders in comics, coins and paper money. It's only a matter of time before they are right there as one of the top sports card grading companies. I've submitted 20 vintage cards to them and grades were spot on and I'm about to submit another 100 cards to them. They offer $12/card bulk rate (50 card min) with 45 day turn around.

CSG is doing all of eBay's autnetication guarantees now.
Should be interesting to see how that impacts their lead times considering the deluge of eBay sold raw that will arrive there for inspection and turn-around.

I can tell you my customers are not looking for CSG cards, nor would I buy any.

I am actively buying and selling vintage sports cards graded and raw. Feedback as a buyer: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=297262

I am accepting select private consignments of quality vintage cards (raw or graded) and collecting "want" lists for higher end ($1K+) vintage cards.

I am always interested as to the "Why". I am perusing your eBay store, and you have CGC graded comics.

So is it fair to assume you are good with dealing in comics and magazines graded by them, but not cards?
