Why are some T206 Colombus players Southern Leaguers and some are not?

The only player from Columbus, Ga in the set is

There are 2 different Columbus cards...Columbus Ohio of the American Association has 5 Different and Columbus of the South Atlantic League has the Helm card.

Default T206 Confusion

Speaking of Ross Helm, here's a scan of a Helm photo from 1909. I have Helm along with 10 other members of the 1909 Columbus GA team. Photos are approx 5 1/2" x 3" and were apparently cut out from a team collage that had suffered water damage. A number of the other players appear in the T210 series 1 set. Many of the players have misspelled names which i thought was funny given that it was a team collage.
