At first glance, it looks like your typical 1963-65 green base, just missing the decals. One thing I did notice, though, is that the bat is usually on the doll's right side. I'm pretty sure there is not one Giants nodder with bat on the left side. So, it looks like the Angels pictured, but with the hair swirl shown on the Twins doll. I have always maintained there was always a mishmash of parts laying around the factory....which is why you'll see white base dolls with green base heads, etc. Yours could be a rather rare nodder.

That's a Seattle Angels bobble head. They were a AAA affiliate in the Pacific Coast League for the parent club Angels, 1965-68.

I’ve never seen mention of ANY PCL dolls, other than the three teams in the 1960-61 color base series....

The Angels moved to Anaheim for the 1966 season, and none of the Topps cards that year show the new "CA" logo. But they also don't show the old "LA" logo. I wouldn't be surprised if they just skipped the logo on the bobble head's cap, like Topps did on its cards, for a time until the Angels came out with a new logo.
