There should never be any assumption that any of the bids are legitimate.

This matty is not worth diddly squat. Notice Dan, I could not bring myself to capitalize his name in reference to this item....it's way to demeaning!

3rd or 4th if you count all the "AAA" threads. I've seen a lot of pictures of Joe Jackson; none of them looked like this. There is no "Whitman," "Reach" is a publication. I don't know if all of you have written ebay; I'm going to try.

if it is not directly related to their revenue, they ignore all complaints. It seems to be standard ebay policy.

Scott is correct. eBay proctects this kind of activity, prosecuting (I don't mean legally) the whistle blowers. The seller is savvy enough to use private auctions, which prevent contact with the bidders.

Pretty interesting if you look at their feedback. Seems that all of their auctions that brought more than $2.99 are private....yet the low end pieces of crap are not private....pretty dang obvious there is a shill bidder in the woodpile....probably either the same person or his/her partner in crime....and that is just what this is, or should be (a crime).....You would think that if someone tried to defraud someone else, and it was premeditated (I learned that from all of the cop shows), then they could be prosecuted....but then again no one is forcing anyone to buy their pieces of sh**....best regards all....

I feel about about the hawking of these 'cards' the same way I feel about millionare Enron executives making extra millions at the expense of elderly pensioners who loose their entire life savings. I don't empathise with the thoughprocess behind these actions. Even if I was a millionare who could makes extra millions at the expense of elderly people, I wouldn't do it simply because it doesn't appeal to me. Even if I could set an initricate system to gyp a newbie card collectors out of $500, it doesn't appeal to me as a lifestyle. And I'm not even a Christian-- though, as a Packer fan, I'm well versed on the preachings of Reggie White.

If you had seen the Lions play lately, you'd know that's not much of a threat
