I looked at some of his other items - he sure did find a lot of cabinet cards. Amazing he has 100%.

I've reported this scamming jackass 10 times. Spoiler alert: eBay does not care and just keeps letting him do it, year after year after year.

He’s also unearthed an early Wagner! Description below. Maybe I’ll sell some 401K to acquire both photos, tempting !

Wagner photo description:
‘Late 1890’s to early 1900’s Honus Wagner cabinet card. Allegheny publisher. Pre dates the T206. Same pose. Honus Wagner had large ears that were different sizes. An angled face was a way to hide the fact. Photographers used and I’m sure still use angles to hide features. That is why you only usually see certain angles of peoples faces in studio photographs.’

I'm still amazed fleabay hasn't told the seller to STOP trying to sell that crap. I mean, that isn't even close to Ruth.

Always good for a good laugh though.

This guy again, he can walk into any antique store and find the Magna Carta and an original copy of the Constitution.

Love the photo of Josh Gibson in a Grays jersey that never existed and looks like his third cousins next door neighbors babysitter’s brother.

Wow. Funny description face not even close but his eBay ratings high which makes his items even scarier think of the uneducated on collecting and the risk they take by trusting the ratings.

But I think Ryan said it best

Never forget that Ebay is the company that sent out a holiday catalog touting the great prices to be found on the site - with bootleg products on the cover.

It's funny how people see what they want to see. Even when it's obviously not.

Does ebay have a policy about accurately listing athlete/celebrity photos?

Does fleabay charge a listing fee? If so, you would think that's deterrent enough.

Yes. You could certainly report this as a counterfeit item
