Short answer - Yes.

Long answer- Yes, and maybe a bit more. The seller has been selling some art cards under Helmar brewing for awhile now, Most of the ones I've looked at have been t206 style. I really like some of them, others don't work as well.
Each is a supposedly unique miniature work of art. I haven't bought any because of the final prices of them. It's hard to say if they'll pick up enough of a following to be anything but a curiosity in the future.

That being said, I think if you like them for the looks of them you could do worse than spending a bit on an object you enjoy. It's very similar to buying a vase or something at a craft fair.

While I like some of the cards, the locks don't do much for me.
