I don't know much about the E series. How come the 1921 with pictures and paper loss is twice as much as the 1922 series? Obviously scarcity; but what makes it scarce?

I’m pretty sure rarity is the main reason... could look up pop reports to see for sure, but more notably IMO it’s just a better pose and he’s still in a Red Soc uniform.
