PSA would probably consider it miscut and place a qualifier on it.

With the wrinkle next to his head I would say:

SGC - 30
PSA - 3 (MC)

Edited to whole grade.

I agree with the SGC 30 (2)

or PSA 3 (MC)

It has a diamond cut and the crease across the middle of the card will hurt it.

As far as value, I'd say between $600-750 (my guess would be towards the upper part of this range).

Edited: for correction of the half grade MC designation, since it doesn't exist.

guys - 2.5 MC is not a possible grade - PSA won't give a half grade to something with a qualifier.

Ok,
Grades are all around. Back to the topic, who should I send it to and what value do you all think it has based on the eye appeal.
Thanks
Derek

I would send it to SGC; I think that PSA will give it a qualifier and not graded it any higher than a 3(MC), which to most people would give it a selling price of a high 1 low 2.

SGC tends to be more forgiving on centering, especially at the lower end of the scale. But that one is beyond 99/1 centering, so I am not sure how they would deal with it. My guess would be:

PSA 3 (MC)
SGC 30

based on the very definition of "eye appeal"...this card has few. card is miscut, partial name is missing, face is off-register. it does have a deep red back going. it's a vg+ card raw, but sgc will knock it to a 20 or 30.

An SGC 30 would be worth around $750.

To me it actually lacks eye appeal, mostly because of what Quan said; out of register face & half a name.

I would say if it gets a SGC 30 you could probably look at getting $600 - $650 for it.
