Default What is this Foxx Thing?

Anyone know what this is ? It looks like is punched out of something. Plus there is a piece of stiff wire inbedded in his neck on the reverse side. help !!

It's a 1930's Scraps .....actually I want to help ya but don't think I have ever seen that blue name like that.....Maybe an advertising cut out? (I am grasping).....but maybe this will get the ball rolling on some good guesses? take care

Thanks leon. What purpose did that imbedded wire serve? Also, it wasn't cut out, more like punched out of something.

I'd guess the wire could have something to do with being a magnetic attraction....and that the card was most likely issued with some type of game. Can only echo what Leon said..being that I've never seen one.
