Default Lets see some CJ's! - for the new guy

I know, I know...I've done this thread before but who cares? These are some of my favorites as I am collecting a mixed (only 2 1914s) set of CJs. My number is at 111, and just added crawford, demaree and cravath to climb to 114. The Tinker was my Christmas/bday gift from the wife, the matty is my top dog and the perring just is crazy bright...a 3/4" slight one-sided wrinkle running north from the bottom border = sgc4 with as clean of a back as the front? Welcome JR to the board and the CJ family.

Default CJ Jackson

Picked up this beauty from Leon a few years ago. We both agree, it should be a three. No caramel stains or creases.

I only have 1 CJ in my collection. I do hope to add more in the future. If memory serves me correct, I got it from Scott (runscott) back in 2005.

thanks for the shout out, and the welcome to the family... I will post a pic of mine when I get home from work (9pm here in L.A.).

I am new to the board, but not to collecting, although relatively new (2 or 3 years) to vintage. If any of you out there have decent looking PSA 1's (or as I recently learned, "collector's grade"), I am in the market, as well as a few PSA 1 1933 Delongs.

Scans of mine to come!

Fantastic cards, everyone. It's almost comforting to know that many of these cards came right out of a box of Cracker Jacks. It doesn't get much better than that.

It was part of a partial set of graded 1915's I got from Mastro. I HAD to have those cards Cost me around $14K total and after selling them one by one, I think I made about $60. That Johnson was the last one I sold.

Now I only have one - this 1914 Baker which has always been one of my favorite cards:

These are my only graded ones thus far... have about a half dozen more to send off to PSA when I get 15 total. Not nearly as nice as all of the ones I have seen, but maybe that means I can corner the market on ones graded (or raw) like these!

That Peckinpaugh card is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could find a 1914 version (in any condition) for my collection!

Thanks, Barry. It's one of my favorite non-HOFer cards.
I hope you find your '14 eventually.
